Vidhi Utsav is an initiative of OakBridge Publishing comprising a group of people who are passionate about law, literature, knowledge and advancing the rule of law.

Oakbridge Publishing is a new-age Publishing and Knowledge Services company, established to re-establish the craft of publishing to better- serve the evolved needs of today's Professionals and Academia. It publishes content for Professionals and Academicians, provides customized Training and Certification Courses, and Organises Events and Conferences for Professionals.

OakBridge books have been released by the Former President of India, Former and Current Vice President of India, State Chief Ministers, Supreme Court and Other High Court Justices, Senior Advocates and Tax Leaders.

OakBridge Publishing was set-up in July 2017 by Shreesh Chandra and Vikesh Dhyani, both IIMB alumni and veterans in Publishing, Knowledge and Information Solutions Industry having worked in senior leadership roles. Both the founders have strong expertise in creating, publishing and marketing of professional law, tax and business books.
